All Vehicles will be disinfected and fully cleaned after every transfer.
Our Drivers are versed in the CDC guidelines on COVID-19 to reduce the transmission of germs and will wear Masks on every transfer. We also encourage all of our Passengers to wear a mask.
We’re confident you’ll have a safe and comfortable journey with us, should you have any questions regarding your trip please reach out to us so we can work with you on any individual requirements.
Our “Safety First” Approach to Transportation:
Drivers Face Masks or Coverings
Avalon is requiring all drivers to wear face masks or coverings when transporting passengers.
Passenger Face Masks or Coverings
Avalon encourages all Passengers to bring their own face masks or coverings and hand sanitizers to protect themselves in settings where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. These face masks or coverings may prevent people who don’t know they have the virus from transmitting it to others.
Clean and Disinfect
Avalon Drivers are required to clean and disinfect surfaces in the vehicle that are frequently touched by passengers before and after every transfer. Such areas that will get extra attention are door handle, armrest, seat belt, window, air vent, and buttons. Drivers will avoid using the recirculated air option for the vehicle’s ventilation during passenger transport; the use of the vehicle’s vents will be used to bring in fresh outside air and/or lower the vehicle’s windows.
